Over Audiri
Chronic pain is deeply personal, yet it’s often treated like a puzzle to solve in ten rushed minutes. Pain is invisible. Complex. Hard to explain.
As a result, more than 40% of people with chronic pain are misdiagnosed. The healthcare system doesn’t give providers the time, tools, or insight to truly understand what someone is going through.
We know this, not just from data, but from experience.
Audiri was born from the journey of our co-founder, Idalien, who lives with chronic pain herself. For three years she went from specialist to specialist, never feeling heard and didn’t get the right diagnosis. Most days were spent in bed, without a clear path forward. That frustration became a turning point.
Together with clinicians, engineers, and researchers, she set out to build what she had always needed herself: a personalized pain management platform that transforms daily experiences of chronic pain into clear insights, practical self-management strategies, and shared understanding between patients and healthcare providers.
Audiri helps in three ways:
- For patients: bring clarity and control to daily life with pain. Track symptoms visually, learn about pain science, and practice evidence-based exercises—like pacing, relaxation, and movement strategies—that reduce the impact of pain and build resilience over time.
- For healthcare providers: turn vague descriptions into clear, structured insights that save time and support better decisions, while knowing patients are supported with guided self-management between visits.
- For both: build a bridge of understanding, so pain is not only felt but also seen, heard, and managed together.
Using these same tools, Idalien was able to make sense of her pain, receive the right diagnoses, shift her habits, and significantly reduce the impact of pain on her life. She went from surviving to rebuilding—able to work again, reconnect with the world, and live fully with less pain. That’s what Audiri is here to offer others.
We combine structured self-reporting, practical pain management tools, and AI-driven insights to empower patients to take back control of their lives while enabling providers to deliver more personalized, effective care.
Because pain is real. The story behind it matters. And no one should have to walk through it alone.
