Audiri lets patients that suffer long term pain - track, analyze, and effectively communicate their pain trajectory to their doctors. Audiri maps the healthcare needs of patients prior to the doctor's visit, saving time during the consultation.
Our beta phase is a period where we invite a select group of users to help us test and refine the platform. We are focused on building the most practical and supportive tool possible, and feedback from our early users is essential to making sure we get it right.
We will notify all beta users well in advance of any changes. Our commitment is to always keep the core features of Audiri accessible and affordable for patients, and we will offer a loyalty discount to all care professionals who partner with us during the beta.
For patients
Yes. Protecting your privacy is our top priority. All your data is anonymized and encrypted using state-of-the-art, HIPAA-compliant security measures. You are in full control of what you share and with whom.
No, you can download and start using Audiri on your own at any time. However, the platform is most powerful when you use it to collaborate with your care professional by sharing your progress reports.
Absolutely not. Audiri is designed to extend and support the care you receive from your professional team, not replace it. It helps you apply their advice consistently and makes your appointments with them more productive.
For care professionals
Getting your practice set up on Audiri is simple and takes less than 30 minutes. We provide a straightforward onboarding process for you and your staff, and a simple, one-click method to invite patients to the platform.
You are only billed €2 per patient who is actively using the platform in a given month. There are no setup fees, hidden costs, or long-term contracts.
Direct EMR/EHR integration is on our product roadmap for the future. For now, Audiri generates simple, one-page PDF summaries that can be easily uploaded to any patient record system, ensuring you can keep all your documentation in one place with a single click.

Creating an account with Audiri is free and simple. Here’s how:
- Click the "Sign Up" button.
- Enter your name, email address, and a password.
- Open the confirmation link sent to your email.
To create an account using an invitation code:
- Click the "Sign Up" button.
- Enter your name, email address, and a password.
- Enter the invitation code.
- Open the confirmation link sent to your email.
To delete your account, go to the account page and click the “Delete My Account” button. All stored information will be permanently deleted.
If you forget your password, go to the sign-in page and click "I forgot my password." Enter your email address, and follow the link we send you to reset your password.
Audiri is currently available in Dutch and English.
