Privacy statement

This privacy notice for Audiri Health (“Audiri,”, “we,” or “our”), covers the Audiri Platform, including all our mobile applications, software, websites, APIs, products, and services. Protecting your data, privacy and personal data (as defined under Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)) is very important to Audiri. We will never sell or share your personal data without your explicit consent.

This policy, together with our Terms, provide you with information on what we collect and how it is used. By using the Audiri Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy and give your consent to the use of your information as described in the policy.   • 1. What information do we collect and process?

    1. Device data: the information we collect includes the IP address of the device or browser making the request, the date and time of access, the name and URL of the file requested, the Referrer URL (the website from which access was obtained), the browser used, and, if applicable, the operating system of your device and the identity of your access provider.
    2. Usage data: the information we collect includes anonymized data about the pages you visit and features you use. We gather this information and analyze it as aggregate data to gain a better understanding of which features are most relevant or useful to our users.
    3. Health related data: the information we collect includes email address and password, personal health data required to provide the assessment including gender, illness symptoms, triggers, alleviating factors, potential causes of illness symptoms, impact on daily activities, and time and date of the assessment. The health-related data that we collect is not attached to personal data, such as your name or email address.
  • 2. How long do we keep the data?

    1. Your data will be processed in accordance with section 1, until you ask for your account to be deleted, or until you delete it yourself. In case your account remains inactive for more than 12 months, we will get in touch with you to inquire whether you intend to continue using the Audiri Platform. If you do not use your user account for an additional 3 months, we will proceed to delete it. In the case you request to delete your data or your account, your data will be deleted with immediate effect.
  • 3. Cookies

    1. Cookies refer to pieces of information that are directly stored on the computer being used, allowing us to gather data such as browser type, language preferences, pages visited, time spent on the Audiri Platform, and other traffic information. This information is used by us and our service providers to enhance security, aid in navigation, improve the display of information, and customize user experiences. Additionally, statistical data is gathered to continuously enhance the design and functionality of the Audiri Platform, better understand their usage, and assist in resolving inquiries related to them. Currently, we do not respond to browser do-not-track signals. If you wish to avoid information being collected through cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically decline or opt-out of certain cookies from specific websites. This processing is carried out on a legal basis and requires your consent.
  • 4. How do we protect your data?

    1. Protecting your data (as defined under Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)) is very important to us. The data we collect is stored in the European Union on AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Sensitive data between your browser and our website is transferred in encrypted form using secured connection via (SSL). We follow industry best practices to secure and protect your data, including CIS Critical Security Controls and OWASP Top 10.
    2. Although we make every reasonable effort to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, it is impossible to guarantee complete security of internet communications even when industry standard security technology is employed. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information that occurs through no fault of our own, such as transmission errors or unauthorized actions taken by third parties.
  • 5. Disclosure of your data

    1. We will never sell any of your data to third parties.
    2. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Audiri Platform. These third-party service providers can include website hosting, data analysis, fraud prevention, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, and other services. These third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was shared.
    3. We may disclose your information in response to legal process or to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders.
  • 6. Your rights

    1. You have the right to control your personal information and can update or delete your account information at any time. You can exercise your right to:
      1. Withdraw consent at any time through deleting your account.
      2. Request complete deletion of your account. Your data will be deleted with immediate effect.
      3. Request information about your collected data under the conditions of Article 15 GDPR.
      4. Update information about your collected data.
      5. You have a right to object under the conditions of Article 21 GDPR.
      6. File a complaint with a supervisory authority under the conditions provided in Article 77 GDPR.
  • 7. Use of service by minors

    1. The Audiri Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 16.
  • 8. Privacy information for California residents

    1. In case you are a resident of California, as outlined in section 17014 of Title 18 of the California Code of Regulations, it is mandatory for us to provide you with further details about your rights regarding your "personal information" (as specified in the California Consumer Privacy Act, or "CCPA"), as per California law.
    2. CCPA provides Californian residents the following rights:
      1. The right to request disclosure of any personal information we have collected (Article (1798.100) (a) CCPA).
      2. The right to request deletion of any personal information we have collected (Article (1798.105) (a) CCPA).
    3. We have not and will not sell your data to third parties. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Audiri Platform, as described in section 5.b.
  • 9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

    1. Audiri holds the rights to modify this Privacy Policy periodically to conform to alterations in the law, our data collection and usage practices, advances in technology, or features of the Audiri Platform. The "Last Updated" label located at the beginning of this Privacy Policy denotes the date of the last modification made to this policy. Once we upload the updated Privacy Policy on the Services, any amendments will be considered effective.
